Delete your SuperScoreAI account and data
You can request deletion of your SuperScoreAI (SuperScore) account and associated learning data without installing or signing in to the app. Requests are handled by TRANSCEND NATIVE LABS PRIVATE LIMITED.
How to request deletion
Email support@transcendnative.ai with the subject “SuperScoreAI account deletion”. Include the phone number or email registered to the account and say that you want the account and associated data deleted. A parent or guardian requesting deletion for a student should explain their relationship. Do not send passwords, OTPs, full card details or unrelated personal information.
Verification and timing
We verify your authority using the account’s registered contact details before deleting or disclosing data. We aim to acknowledge your request within 7 calendar days and complete active-system deletion within 30 calendar days after verification. We will explain any justified exception or delay. Sending an email starts a request; it does not immediately delete the account.
What is deleted
Deletion covers the account/profile, associated learning history, test attempts and results, saved tutoring records, uploaded question photos and answer sheets, and notification tokens, except for the limited retained records described below. Saved progress and learning access associated with the deleted account will be lost. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
What may be retained
Required payment/accounting records are retained separately for their applicable legal period: company books and supporting vouchers for at least the preceding eight financial years, longer where required. Our targets are up to 90 days for routine security logs (required platform audit records may remain for up to 400 days), backup expiry within 90 days after active deletion, and 12 months for a minimal request/completion audit. Active legal, fraud or security cases may require narrowly scoped preservation. Provider copies and restored backups are included in the deletion-handling process; this is not a promise of immediate erasure from every system.
Purchases and subscriptions
Account deletion does not itself cancel a subscription, issue a refund or settle an outstanding payment. If you have a subscription, also cancel its renewal with the provider through which you subscribed. Contact us for help; a cancellation or refund question does not prevent you from submitting a deletion request.
